Remember Altium software? Doesn’t matter if you don’t, we’re not using it as it’s hard to. Proteus will be used instead and so, shield’s development finally starts.

Today, we decided what to buy in HELITEC:
–LiPo Battery DUALSKY 11.1V 2200MAH 20C x2
-Batery Charger (no link available, it is for 11.1V 3 cell batterys). x1
–Speed controller (ESC) 25A/35A x4
–Motor 800 grams of trust, 14A (ideal propeller: 9×5) x4
From the above information you can see that we are going to have 3,2Kg of trust (4*800g). It is recommended to keep the total weight of the quadcopter below half of the trust. This will ensure that motors are not overwhlemed by the load. Long story short? The quad has to weigh less than 1,6Kg.
We could only find clockwise rotary propellers as helitec’s common client is into airplanes.
